Press Release – Silver Base is pleased to announce that the Company has recently been awarded the “13th Win-win General Assembly of Manufacturers and Franchisers – the Best Brand Operator” by Wuliangye Group, “The National Excellent Liquor Seller 2010” by China National Association for Liquor and Spirits Circulation and “The Best Strategic Partner” by Luzhou Laojiao Co., Ltd. The Company also launched two new products, the 600ml International Edition of National Cellar 1573 baijiu with 43% alcohol content and 10-Year Yongfu Jiangjiu, in a bid to enhance the Company’s strength and enrich its product base.

Silver Base has built a good relationship with Luzhou Laojiao Co., Ltd. The newly launched 600ml International Edition of National Cellar 1573 baijiu with 43% alcohol content is the Company’s new major product sticking to the “Chinese Taste” of National Cellar 1573 series. The product is expected to generate higher profit as its quality and position are higher than that of the existing 500ml National Cellar 1573 baijiu with 43% alcohol content. In addition, after the Company obtained in March 2010 the worldwide 15-year exclusive distribution rights for Yongfu Jiangjiu, which took Wuliangye Group more than ten years to develop and produce, it cooperated with Wuliangye Group in September 2010 to officially launch the super-premium product Laojiang in Yongfu Jiangjiu series. Laojiang is primarily designed for the highest end consumers and received very good market response. The Company recently launched Ten-Year, another premium product in the same series for mid-range to high-end consumers and it is expected to be popular in the market and become a new profit growth driver.
