In the PRC market, the Group sells products through wholesale distributors (also known as “first-tier distributors”) which purchase our products for further distribution to sub-distributors (also known as “second-tier distributors”).  The second-tier distributors will then further distribute the products to third-tier distributors or retail outlets in the PRC.  Our distributors and retail outlets within PRC distribution network are constantly increasing.  Channel management is important to our success in distributing our products. We not only classify our distributors by tiers but also by geographic regions and channels nature. We supply to five channels in the PRC – 1) Supermarkets, 2) Hotels and Restaurants, 3) Liquor & Cigarette Specialty Stores, 4) Group Purchases, and 5) Entertainment. Each of the channels is led by sales professionals to select distributors with the most intensive coverage, expertise, and effectiveness. We have sound and solid rewards for our distributors in their effort to impose extra value-added services and enhancement of the operations. Our sales professionals also collaborate with our PRC distributors in conducting marketing and promotional activities to further capture market share.

International market has become a solid platform for the Group to distribute its premium products to certain customers and channels principally in South East Asia and other jurisdictions including USA and Europe.
